John and my boys are in New Orleans with Mama today. They were happy to see Papa recognize them and being more alert than he has been. His white cell count has been going down for the last couple of days the highest being 28 and today down to 20. Still having a little trouble with the blood clotting at the site of the catheter for dialysis, so he received a unit of blood today. Dialysis is removing more fluid than he is receiving, so slowly, his swelling is going down ( he is still very puffy). So far it seems that the procedure to cauterize the bleed from his stomach has been successful.
